Merlyn brings 30 years of experience with him to the Real Estate industry. He is a lifelong member of the Hartford Community, growing up on a farm in rural Hartford. He is very active in the community, church and school. He is proud to be a part of a team of individuals who have much character and experience to help you with all your real estate transactions. Merlyn and his wife Becky have two sons, one attending The School of Mines in Rapid City and one attending school at West Central and involved in Sports.
Brent Baker, Broker Associate grew up on a livestock and grain farm in S.W. Minnesota and has experience in maintaining and construction of those structures and assets. He also worked many years in parts and service for auto, ag and construction. Brent has lived in Sioux Falls with his wife since 1995 where he enjoys working in his yard and is involved with his church. Brent is familiar with farmland, acreages, single family homes and residential rentals. Rich Hahn, Broker Associate
started over 20 years ago working for investors, business owners, multi-family, and single family home owners in Southwestern Minnesota. Rich and family moved to the Sioux Falls area over 12 years ago. In 2000, they purchased an acreage north of Sioux Falls where they built a log home and started a vineyard. Four years later they started a small Farm Winery. Rich is an avid supporter/participant of fundraising events throughout the region and volunteers as a licensed soccer coach.
